News for Diamond and Pearl Players,

So many people have got the new, best selling game in Japan Diamond and Pearl which will make these 2 games ones to remember. Though some of you may be having a problem evolving Pokemon so I’m going to give you brief information on how the new evolution methods will work. On which Pokemon? That I’ll display on a new page coming soon!

The Attack Counts

All you have to do is make a Pokemon learn an attack and level it up. For example when Yanma learns AncientPower and levels up it will evolve into Yanmega and if Bonsly learns Mimic and levels up it will evolve in Sudowoodo. If you decide to "discard" the attack required to evolve your Pokemon they will NOT “dis-evolve” but if you take away the attack before they evolve they will NOT evolve!

Mystical Stones

Now in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl new stones have been added but which stone goes on which Pokemon is the question? Well I’ll tell you the Shiny Stone goes on Togetic and Roselia, the Dusk Stone will go on Murkrow and Misdreavus and the strange Dawn Stone will go on a male Kirlia or a female Snorunt!

Area Abilities

This is probably a strange new evolution method because what you must do is go to a certain area and level up the Pokemon there! However it does count as a new evolution so it must be displayed in this Blog topic. An example of the area evolution is Eevee which will evolve into Leafeon at Moss rock and Glaceon at Ice Rock.

Gender Changer

Another new evolution is by Pokemon evolving by their gender, so now get used to having a gender you don’t like because you might need that specific gender for a specific evolution! The best example to use is Burmy which if female will evolve into 3 different Wormadam (soon to be explained) and if male it will evolve into Mothim.

What To Use At What Time

As if the creator of these hit games couldn’t make any harder when it comes to completing your Pokedex it just did now with all these new different evolutions methods…this one is my most annoying as to evolve the Pokemon you need to track down a specific item hidden any in the whole Sinnou Region then wait until it’s day or nightime then level up that Pokemon. In short words make a Pokemon hold an item and at day or night level it up to make it evolve.

Smiles Forever

For this evolution all you have to do is raise a Pokemon’s friendship to max (or just high) and then level it up in the daytime and nightime. Good luck finding out how to know when your Pokemon friendship points are high…

Scizor And Steelix Return

The only reason why I put Scizor and Steelix return is because the evolution method of holding an item then trading it is back but with 6 more Pokemon. Unlucky for you, I won’t tell you so you will have to figure it out but luckily the trading system in now much faster and trading is easy when the world is with you when you use the Wi-Fi Connection!

2 In One

This evolution method should have been used in the Kanto Region as it would have been very realistic for Slowpoke evolving into Slowbro. Haven’t figured it out yet, ok then, this new and last evolution method only applies disappointingly to 1 Pokemon of the whole 493 Pokemon…oh well!

All you have to do is have a specific certain Pokemon in your party and another then level up one of the Pokemon, hard to understand but i won’t tell you so you should ask someone who as figured it out or just wait for the new page!
