POKEMON SNAP Stage 1 - Beach, Items Required - None (Food)                                                                            Eevee is chasing Chansey around the rocks near the end of the level, so it's not tough to get a picture of it. Using Food to distract it is a good idea, but be careful not to block the shot with Chanseys body!

POKEMON RED , BLUE & YELLOW                                                                                                                 Eevee can be found in Celadon City, to get Eevee you need to find the secret passage located at the back of the Celadon Mansion. Celadon City is located east of Saffron City. You the need to keep going through the doors and up stairs till you reach the top floor, finally go inside the little house and talk to the man inside. Now get Eevee!

Evolutionary Note: Eevee evolves by stones so I'll tell you the Pokemon it can evolve into. Water Stone = Vaporeon, Thunder Stone = Jolteon and Fire Stone = Flareon!
